Things I learned Thanksgiving weekend

Rob @ 5:11 AM
  • Cableflame is one hell of a fun tourist houseguest.
  • My place is actually pretty cool when it's clean.
  • My Thanksgiving salads rock.
  • Earthbound is a great game.
  • I'm not the only one with an intense love for Nedick's dollar hot dogs in Penn Station
  • I've just lost The Game, and so have you.
  • Ice skaters are still as much fun to watch as they were when I was younger, but I still wouldn't want to try it myself.
  • The women employees at The Apple Store on Fifth Avenue all have the most amazing smiles, and I now have crushes on them all.
  • A Tanooki Mario t-shirt will get many more compliments from strangers than one might expect.

Thanks! You're a great host! Only, next time, warn your guests that it may not be safe to go barefoot! ;-)

Your place is very cool indeed.

And, yes, your salads rock. Next time, less peppers, but that's just my personal tastes.

EarthBound 0WNZ J00R S0UL! Seriously. Check out Oh, and you can always talk to me about it. There's also some great fanart on deviantart. There's a community there, called urfbownd.

It's hard *not* to love reasonable 99¢ hotdogs.

As for The Game, fuck you. ;-)

I still think you need to try it for yourself. I wonder what you're afraid of. Falling down and looking like a fool? (Everyone does it... there's no shame in it.)

Yes, the Apple Store employees on Fifth Ave. are hot as all get out. I still think we should have tied that one gal up in power cords, threw her over your shoulder, and taken her home. ;-)

And I was so jealous at all the attention you were getting for your shirt. Damn, what a chick and dude magnet!

All in all, I had a wonderful time. Thanks so much for having me.

(oh, and don't forget to keep reading Hello, Cruel World!

Have you ever known me to be afraid to fall down and look like a fool? The day I need ice and skates to help me with a pratfall, I'm hanging up my clownshoes for good.

All Apple Store mamas the world over are inherently hot. It goes with the business. Perhaps women feel the same way about Apple Store dude clerks, but I have no insight on that.

Re: Diggets comment on Apple Store clerks.

As a bisexual female, I can tell you that while there are many many hot Apple Store dude clerks, they're not all inherently hot like the Apple Store mamas are. However, there is an extremely high percentage of hotness amongst the dudes. Like 75-95%.
