Happy Halloween!

Before I leave for the parade, here’s a little unveiling of my character this year..

Anyone into joining me for the parade tomorrow who hasn’t been in touch, shoot me an email. (My phone service is a bit hit-or-miss at the momentl.) I’ll send out a mass email tonight.

Be sure to let me know when would be a good time for you to join up in the Village or wherever.

ETA: Most of the weather sites say high 50s/low 60s and no precipitation for tomorrow evening, pretty much perfect weather to run around in a parade. Woot.

Step 1 - Invent a programming language to facilitate unconstitutional warrantless wiretapping and data-mining that goes against a huge founding principle of this country.
Step 2 - Give it the same name as the founding father and most famous signature on the Declaration of Independence.
Step 3 - Profit?

In preparation for my Halloween costume..

A) I shaved off the beatnik beard I’ve been wearing for a while. My chin is unreasonably cold now.

2) I’ve temporarily stopped shaving my head. I must admit I’m looking forward to learning how the ol’ male pattern baldness has been getting on these past few years.

d) I bought some clothes off the clearance racks in the mall. One of the shirts, which I grabbed accidentally while dressing for work today, is really surprisingly insanely unreasonably comfortable for a $4 polo I didn’t plan to ever wear in real life. Looking a bit bland is a small price to pay for all-day shirt snuggles of this caliber.

Now I just have to build the specialized headgear, learn a bunch of complex lines, and fine-tune my impression of the character by Wednesday.

Who else is going to the parade? Holler at me, dammit!

My friend Jim has suffered a stroke.

Odds are, somewhere in the world, someone is having a stranger day today than I.

Seeing as how Grey Frequency and I have been best friends for ages and ages, she’s mostly used to my crap. All these years of hanging around together and synchronizing brainwaves has sort of desensitized her to my usual tomfoolery.

Happily, she wasn’t really expecting me to iconify her in the vein of a classic guerilla art campaign.

Yep, I can still flabbergast her when I really want to. Muahaha!

Halfway through their week of activity, and Boobiethon have passed the $3,000 mark.

If access to their paid gallery of ladies isn’t enough incentive for you to go donate, perhaps you’ll want to do so purely to make up for the fact that some of the shots in their male gallery are my own.
